SHA Introduces New Online Payment Option!

The Sylacauga Housing Authority is proud to announce that we will be launching a new online payment option! The SHA is partnering with Paylease to bring this secure digital option to all our residents, in addition to the currently accepted payment methods. This software gives our residents the freedom to make a payment using a credit card or e-check from any device, at anytime, anywhere. Additionally, Paylease allows for residents to make one-time payments or set up a monthly reoccurring payment. This software also allows for balances to be updated daily to reflect recent payments or changes.

In addition to the added convenience, Paylease will also assist our residents in building positive credit through the reporting of on time payments. We will be installing kiosks in our asset management offices to ensure that all residents have access to the online portal should they like to participate. We are so excited to introduce this new option to our residents as we become the #HousingAuthorityofTomorrow .
